What it automates
No more copying every hourly rate by hand.
After you choose a verified job, classification and employment type, Check My Money supplies the available hourly rate lines. You only enter how many hours belong on each line.
Australia · current 2026–27 verified rate data
Choose your job and employment type. Enter the hours you worked beside the applicable ordinary, weekend, overtime or shift rates. Then compare the total with your actual gross pay.
Step 1
Use the work you actually do. A title alone does not always decide award coverage.
Step 2
Only enter hours on a line when that condition actually applied. Do not put the same hour on two overlapping lines.
Your comparison
Multi-week case
The live case stays only in this open tab. Use Save case file before closing the page if you want to reopen the case later. The file is saved to your device; Check My Money does not upload or store it.
The “below-week shortfalls” figure adds only weeks that were below the entered expected gross. It does not automatically offset them with weeks that appear above, because that is not a legal conclusion about set-off.

Keep a case privately
A multi-week case is not sent to Check My Money. Export a case file to your own device before closing the tab, then import that file later to keep adding weeks. Imported files are validated before they are loaded.
