Package assumption: the full base salary is treated as qualifying earnings for the simplified 12% super calculation. Real packages can contain components treated differently. Copying the result happens locally on your device.

Example

$112,000 package including super is not a $112,000 salary

Under the simple 12% assumption, a $112,000 package including super splits to about $100,000 base salary plus about $12,000 super. If an employer says “$100,000 plus super”, the total package is about $112,000.
