Better matching inputs

Describe the worker, not just the job title.

A useful request can include required licence or ticket type and issuing state, minimum experience, location, shift, start date, transport needs and pay range. This gives the matching engine more than a generic job-title keyword.

Privacy by design

Worker details are not a browseable directory.

Registered worker phone numbers, emails and private licence or ticket numbers are kept out of public search. Relevant candidates move through a consent-first matching and introduction workflow.

Employer-funded model

Workers stay free. Employer services are agreed before charging.

Submitting a worker request is free. If you want a paid shortlist, introduction or placement service, the service and fee must be agreed before any charge. In V1, the employer hires and pays the worker directly.
